  46. HELLZONE © is a demontration game that has been developed by four poor
  47. Australian university students in between their extremely boring studies
  48. (Computer Science is not what what it used to be - there are more babes in
  49. Humanties or Arts degrees).  Anyway, this collective group of dudes decided
  50. to call themselves INTERSCAN.  We would would very much like to continue
  51. our foray into the world of Amiga game programming with the development of
  52. future exciting titles.  However there are obstacles that will hinder us
  53. from further development efforts, e.g.  Pepsi (TM) & Coke (TM) costs, movie
  54. rental costs to supplement creativity and late night programming efforts,
  55. CD's for aural stimulation, equipment maintenance, software costs (e.g.
  56. Dpaint, Devpac upgrades), food (KFC) costs and other miscellaneous expenses
  57. all pertinent to Australian Game development.  To make this possible, if
  58. you have enjoyed playing HELLZONE © PLEASE send a donation of say AU$12 or

  88. (1)    HELLZONE may crash on exiting -
  89.     Originally designed to run in a non-DOS system.
  90.     It needs alot of chip memory!
  91.     Because each level has been transfered into a single DOS
  92.     file to run from CLI, the game will only load on 1 meg
  93.     systems (unless you can release the system beforehand).
  94.     (Try disconnecting your external drives!!!!!)

  162.     As it was such a large undertaking to have commenced during 
  163.     University Study it's conception was fraught with poor design.
  164.     The end result became slightly unwieldy & therefore released
  165.     as was (kludged & not as great as it could have been).
  166.      Not deterred though, we wish to continue building upon
  167.     past experience with new, exciting game releases
  168.     (Hopefully commercially, as none of us can stand the shear
  169.     boredom and stifled creativity of business software).
